Thank you for replying. I tried your suggestion, and it moved the map to the bottom of the queue, but I still get that error when trying to play it. Ah well, I love me a good turret map, but I'll move on. Thanks for trying.

Seems to be working for me. I did a Google search for that error message. I read that some people have had success when they remove the offending map from their queue, disconnect from Steam, then come back and re-subscribe to the map. Somehow that reestablishes a connection to the file on the Steam server. Other people have reported that this trick doesn't work for them and they still get the error. Very odd. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution for you other than that one, so I hope it works.

There was only one element of puzzle, really, in this chamber. That was the room with blue gel. It was not very challenging, I'm afraid. The turrets never felt threatening either. I think your concept was sound, but the execution left a bit wanting.

Yeah, do a Google search for something called BEEMOD. It adds some new tools to the bar on the side. Check out their site. Has screenshots on the main page. Really, the only downside is that if you use CERTAIN tools, like that energy ball thing, then ONLY people who have BeeMod installed can play your map. I just don't use that particular tool. Never had any complaints. Free download. Totally worth it for the save game feature alone. I recall it being a bit tricky at first to learn how to use some of the features, but after that it was a breeze. Like you have to sometimes drop down an item, then right click it to change it's properties. Stuff like that.

Yeah! Heh heh... I know how you feel about having to restart a long puzzle from scratch. There is a cool add-on for the puzzle making application. I forget what it's called, but it adds some new tools to the map making process. One of which allows the creator to add save points. Once you walk into a certain room or pass through a doorway, for example, the game automatically saves for you. Pretty handy!

Agreed. One of the things I'd like to work on with future maps is to consolodate the puzzles into smaller areas. Not smaller maps, per se, but to cut out any unnecessary traveling from room to room.

Entertaining map. Not all items and passage ways are necessary, but that doesn't really matter in the case of easy puzzles.

That was clever and fun. The last room had my hands sweating lol... I doubt I solved it the way you intended and I didn't see the shaft that Miami Mike was talking about.

Good puzzle, but I didn't need that overhead shaft to retrieve the cube at the very end. In fact, it was a disappointing "gimme" when I saw the shaft because I was looking forward to figuring out how to retrieve the cube. Get rid of the shaft and you'll have a much better puzzle.

By the way, that cube should be a companion cube. It's bad enough that people use a companion cube when it's not appropriate, but you're failing to use one when it is appropriate. ;)

Okay, I made some minor changes to the bouncy room. Now if a player forgets to bring the cube with him into the tower section, then there's a button there that will open a backdoor to allow the player to portal back into the bouncy room to grab the cube. I had attempted to use BeeMod's "OR" box to just reopen the same door, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Any tips on "OR" would be appreciated. Thanks!

I locked myself in the vertical room without a cube - by fast portaling to bypass the closing door. I guess this is not an intended mechanic?
