- Slow poisons are replaced by Stagger poisons.

(Slow poisons modified the SpeedMult actor value. Testing various modifiers to this on the player revealed that changes to this value apply very inconsistently. A Stagger poison accomplishes a similar effect and does so very consistently.)

- Poisoner grants a 50% increase to poison strength instead of a 25% increase.
- Crafted Lingering Damage poisons spread their damage out over 20 seconds instead of 10. (They were not underpowered before, so this helps to mitigate the effects of the improved Poisoner perk.)
- Experimenter and Physician have swapped places in the perk tree. Experimenter has one rank that teaches all effects of an eaten ingredient. Physician has three ranks that strengthen your Restore potions by 50% per rank.

(Experimenter is the only perk in the game whose benefit is purely informational--you can get the same benefit by having a good memory or by using a web browser. That's why with this update, it's been made into a single perk that serves as a prerequisite to all the much better perks beyond it.)

- Ravage Magicka and Ravage Stamina now work like Ravage Health, temporarily reducing the maximum attribute rather than repeatedly damaging the current attribute.
