Endless Dragon Fights

Addicted to dragon fights, but your feet are bleeding while you search for one? Tired of running arround for hours to find a dragon soul to harvest? In need for some special scales and bones for your new armour? Head for the "Dragon Sanctuary", to the west of Whiterun, where the dragons never sleep.

For each dragon killed at the sanctuary, a new one will show up soon to avenge his family. There is a pullchain at a pillar, which allows you to stop and reactivate again the dragon spawning. While the fires are burning the dragon spawing is active; while deactivated the fires are off. After reactivating a new dragon will be spawned soon even if his predecessor is still alive. This may be usefull if a dragon just run away instead of fighting.

The types and levels of the dragons are choosen automatically depending on the player level. Few are easy (10%) or boss (10%) level, most are medium (50%) or hard (30%). This is modified my the number of dragon souls the player has, the more souls the higher the level of the dragon.

There is no dragon spawning before the quest "Dragon Rising" is finished. An exception is the standing stone, where you may call a mighty dragon any time. No dragons will be spawned if the player is not near the sanctuary.

There is a ghost of a dead Blade warrior in the area to assist you in your fight, but be sure to bring some potions and additional help with you.

At the sanctuary there is a standing stone ("Call Mighty Dragon") which allows you to call additional, boss level dragons. For these extra dragons there is no automatic respawning. The stone has a cool down time of about 20 seconds.

There is an additional stone ("Summon Dragon Stone") right where the three fires are buring on top of the arc. It immediatly summons a strong dragon - without any cool down time, delays, sophisticated spawn point calculations or limitations in the number of active dragons. This is for those of you who might have trouble with the advanced spawning scripts used for the other dragon sources at the sanctuary. It is as low level as it can be. And it is for those masochists who really like to be attaced by dozens of high level dragons at the same time. ;)

Known issues: For some people the dragon spawning does not work or stops working after some time. I have no idea why and I was unable to reproduce the behavior. Sorry. If it works you get allways a notification message.
