Mannequin Race

Adds a mannequin race, both male and female, to the playable races.
Include abilities and powers unique to the race.

Abilities
50% boost in pickpocket
Immunity to poison and diseases
water-breathing

Disabilities
+75 weakness to fire

Lesser Power
Water-walking 30 sec

special thanks to thepal for creating the female manakin meshes and textures.

Best not to use the "showracemenu" console command, it's almost a guaranteed crash.
And the "sexchange" command has a bit of a bad habit of keeping a male head on a female body.

This is the replacement to the previous "Manakin Race" mod, this one I will be able to update.
Do not worry about any saved games as a "manakin", just subscribe to this one and it will automatically replace the old files, once you also delete them from your game data folder.
