Wabbajack Hand Wieldable Spell

Everyone's favourite staff the Wabbajack - courtesy of course, of dear Sheogorath - is now available to hold in the palm of your hand!

That's right, you can now hold the unpredictability of the Wabbajack in one hand (or two, if you wish). For the simple cost of 150 base magicka, you can unleash the power of the Wabbajack on your foes. Will you turn them into a sweetroll? Heal them? Turn them invisible? It's up to you! Go forth into Skyrim and do.. whatever it is the Wabbajack does.

The spell tome for the spell - Wabbalight, on account of its appearence - can be found on the bar of Whiterun's own Bannered Mare. It will not be staying there, I will be creating a small quest for its retrieval (you'll have to have comepleted 'The Mind of Madness'), but for now I just want to get the spell out there so you can all tell me of any bugs.
