This guide is going to be an amalgamation of everything I know about both soccer and this game. To be honest, that isn't much. However, I figured since there are no other guides for this game any little bit could help. If you have any helpful information, please let me know. I'll be sure to give you credit for it.

Important Soccer Rules

Offsides

A team member of the attacking team who is further downfield than any member of the defending team is said to be "offside". If the ball is passed to an offside team member, then the play is stopped and the defending team is given possesion of the ball, similar to a free kick. You know you're offside when there's a flag flashing above your head and your coach starts yelling at you.

Offside is persistent, until you get yourself back on side, watch for the flag over your head to go away. Learn to recognize when your team is about to lose possession and begin running back to your own line so you don't go far offside.
