No Fortify Enchant

Descrição
Replaces the "Fortify Enchant" effect, for all alchemy ingredients that had it, with a different effect.

The aim of this mod is to balance the power of enchantments by preventing custom enchantment boosting potions.

I want to sustain my Immersion but know how to do the enchanting and potion boost glitch and dont have the self restraint not to.

@Hooligantuan: Hey, this is the whole point of such an open Mod market. There is a mod for everything you'v ever want, and more.

So, basically a mod for people who want to restrain their gameplay but do not have the self-restraint required to just not mix or consume potions with the Fortify Enchant effect.
