More Map Markers

Opis
Adds additional map markers. For the moment it's just two map marker, but more will come.

Current markers:
Dragon Priest Shrine
Sky Haven Temple (Balcony(?))

@Octagone: Atronach Forge is not possible to add a map marker to since it not "outside" like the shrine and the temple. :(

gettin this for the shrine alone, i'll be thankful for any others you wanna add. unmarked camps and shacks have been done, maybe just mark some neat views or what you think are convenient markers to travel to.
