While traveling through Dawnstar you noticed this small abandoned shack with the working Forge and other utilities.
You decided to take possession of the shack, with its ample storage, shrines, outside storage, and subterranean vault.

Features:

Bedroom, Bathroom, underground Vault, practice area, all utilities including wood chopping block and smelter in back, some shrines, Marked Respawning (RS) containers and Non-respawn (Safe) containers. + some Furniture.

followers need Navmeshing linking exterior to interiors.

mariner1776: I found it. Nice place. I can add furnishing with another mod I have. One problem, no followers will come inside. But on the other hand it gives me peace & quiet.

I found the shack its a nice place ,but it seems very empty when you enter the house if you add more furnishings and decorations the house would be much more homely.

there is a mapmarker of a shack. look at the map image provided.

mariner1776: Where is it? I spent 4 hours walking from one end of Dawnstar to the other end looking for it. I even looked outside to cave enterance from Rifften past the enterance to where the road end. nothing at all.
