Ever wonder what happened at the Great Collapse in Winterhold? Well we just found out how it happened! A crazed High Elf was testing out new magics in a tower in the middle of the city and caused an Arcane Blast so huge that everything was destroyed! The High Elf and his tower disappeared..

How do I know this? Well his tower just reappeared out of NO WHERE!! And something else.. He turned himself into a LICH!! His body is blown to pieces, but he still hangs on through the power of his arcane magics!

Maybe the Lich will sell you some of his secrets before he disappears forever! Don't want to join the college? Are you a witch, warlock, or Necromancer? Well no problem, he will still do business with you.. just watch out for those ARCANE BLASTS!

No DLC is needed. Tower and bridge is Navmeshed. 3 New spells are available through the Lich, that you can't buy anywhere else. He is the only one that knows them! The Lich sells many types of Soul Gems, including a few filled blacks. And various spell books, and other oddities.
