Destruction Spells

Description
Adds a variety of destruction spells of different skill levels, sold by a Argonian at the Apprentice Stone.

Novice:
Damage over Time spells with a short range. They add up, so are as leathal as a constant stream. Perfect for hit and run tactics.

Apprentice:
Elemental Channeling. Works like a cloak, only it needs to be sustained. Nice for a spellsword to use when charging into a mob blade first.

Adept:
Elemental Spray. Like the standard novice spells, just with more damage and a area of effect.
Quick Fire. Bolt type spells that can be cast with little to no casting delay.

Expert:
Glyphs. More range, more area and more damage than runes with an extra hazard. Fire burns, frost freezes and shock pushes.

It was a interesting and rewarding experience going through the spell creation process and adding a vendor for them, hope you like them. I am always open for feedback on balance or in general or for new ideas. Have fun!

[17th June Update] Added a casting time to the novice damage over time spells. Added quick cast spells, because, my, are those fun. Fixed some casting cost bugs showing cost per second when it shouldn't and vice versa.

[18th June Update] Added expert level rune spells with some extra oomph.

[9th July Update] Fixed the name of the frost glyph spell book.

Going to give this a shot, my charater is level 52 presently and while I'm not completely based in mage skills, I just don't find my current destruction skills do any real damage.

You have a fine selection of general mods that help with stuff that feels like it should have been there in the first place. Thank you HC!

I think we need touch spells back. I miss playing a Mage assassin like I did in Oblivion. But even with the Silent spell perk, it just isn't possible in Skyrim. Sneak damage isn't factored into sneak attacks with spells. Even if the spell was silent casting, the second it make contact with an enemy, your cover is blown and you can't do anything about it.

It's not hard to find, just keep looking. It's just a few steps away from where she sits.

@araM: No requirement. Sometimes the schedule seems to bug and it doesn't turn to the selling schedule.
But you could always just steal from her if you don't mind it. I have all option open. Or come back another time with the cell fully unloaded. It seems to happen at random to me and I have found no way to fix it (yet), sorry.
