Description
Just a small mod I made. Reduces the time between shouts to 1 sec. Tell me if I missed anything. You can spam FusRoDa all you want now!!
Call Dragon and Call of Valor are the only shouts which have been reduced to 60secs because I didn't want to ruin anything.
