most stats are 2x stronger, but others may be 3x stronger, better chances at getting away, and higher sneak damage multiplier.

also, the mods are not very godmoddy, so dont worry to much.
do not have both "unlimited enchantment effects" and "upgraded enchanting on at the same time.
