General fixes to followers

Makes the invisible re spawning bow on some followers visible, and prevents it from randomly
re spawning. (though it may still re spawn when you fire them) allows you to make your follower were what you want. (See Notes for details) Removes the guard faction tag from Aela, Farkus and Vilkas. Changed Farkus starting gear and changes some of Farkus stats so he can actually USE that heavy armour and 2 handed weapon he starts with, instead of being stuck with light armour and one handed skills. Changed Uthgerd the Unbroken's class from CombatWarrior1H to CombatWarrior2H. Rebuilt(and possibly enhanced) Illia's spell tree. Increased Illia's base deposition, possibly fixing her recruiting bug. Illia may now be married. Added Perks. Removed level cap. included the Light Foot perk. Gave Cicero the Shadow Warrior perk. Some Archer type followers have the Bullseye Perk. Njada Stonearm has several Shield perks others don't. Effected followers are those below. Will be adding more as time permits

**IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOW TO FIX FOLLOWERS RE SPAWNING RANDOM GEAR**
I recommend following ooriouuu's advice on this one, I know the problem can be annoying, it's an unfortunate side effect since DistantDeath's script is based off Mannequins, which most of you might remember can have a habit of constantly re spawning gear as well. hopefully DistantDeath can find a way around it soon, though in the mean time I'm afraid you're stuck with ooriouu's work around.

I found a workaround for the script. Disable this mod. Open game and load a save game. Remove the item from follower's inventory. Then make a new save. Quit game. Re-enable this mod and load last save. Fast travel and go into a building like Dragonsreach. The re spawning "better" armour does not happen anymore.

**NOTE**
DistantDeath has been kind enough to let me include his script, which allows you to outfit your followers however you see fit. When you first load up, you might have to fast travel first befor it'll kick in, but afterwards, you should be able to give them clothing, and they'll put that on instead of the default armour, and they will also keep that armour on after you dismiss them. with characters you want to use armour with that is better than the default, and you want them to keep it on after dismissing them, you'll need to take it off and put it back on, but only once. Unfortunately, with armour that has less armour value than the default, or with clothing, they may end up reverting to default upon fast travelling. It's not that bad though, since it seems only fast travelling triggers this. DistantDeath is working on it, and hopes to have a fix soon. (Might be fixed)
