Warehouse (manufacturing) pack that makes your industrial areas much more realistic and nice.

It contains 14 buildings and a truck parking that you can arrange how ever you like. Look at the in game pics to see just a few of many possibilities.
You can place them over water.

Menu location:
Industry > Manufacturing > Exceptional (custom content button = ON)

I will update the prerequisities with another mod that displays the correct trees (that mod is not yet available on Steam - but the mod will work without it).
