A simple house in Ivarstead with all the amenities you would expect from a player house. I'ts a pretty simple mod that conforms to the usual farmhouse interior design style.This mod is intended to look as if it fit's in to the Village of Ivarstead.

The house was built over an abandoned imperial fort that was once home to the Imperial provincial headquarters for Skyrim. At some point in the latter half of the 3rd era a cataclysmic seismic event occured which caused the once labyrinthian fort to collapse into the cavern below.

A small portion of the fort is all that remains, an area that once housed the supply corps. When the house was first built it was believed to have been inaccessible, until now.
