Treebalance - Sneak Tree

Описание
This is very simple. It just moves the perks Light Foot and Deadly Aim very slightly to the side in the Sneak tree.

- Backstab will not be required for Deadly Aim nor Deadly Aim required for Assassin's Blade. It never made sense to mix ranged and melee requirements, so I've fixed it.

- Because you might not actually want Light Foot, it's now optional in the tree and no longer required to continue taking other perks.

I would like to see a 'Detect Traps' skill perk and once obtained makes traps within, say 5 meters glow so you see them right away. Avoiding traps is an essential part of being sneaky but I've not yet seen anyone add it to the game anywhere.
