Auriel's Bow Enchantment School Fix

Description
This simple plugin simply sets the magic school for auriel's bow's enchantment to restoration. It was previously set to nothing. This way it will factor the player's fortify/skill into the number of charges available.

indem du die quest von Dämmerwacht machst und mit serana dann die quest durch spielst (am ende bekommst du den bogen dann, und ne geile schneeelfen rüstung von dem typ den du umgebracht hast :D)
