Spell Tome: Elemental Cloak

This mod adds a tome that teaches the spell elemental cloaks.
The spell creates a cloak that surrounds the player in a fire,frost and electrical cloak for 60 seconds.
There are 5 copies of this book: one on general tullius, one on ulfric stormcloak, one on savos aren, one on krosis and one on heimskr.
I suggest getting it off heimskr myself.
This is a destruction spell and it requires master destruction.
There are no bugs (which is good) and i hope you like this mod.
