WaterBuild [non-CSS compatibility vers]

The skybox of the first version used CSS's militia skybox and caused some nasty errors for people who didnt have CSS. This one uses a pretty basic Half Life 2 one and should fix that problem for anyone without CSS.

The aim of this map is to be suitable for any form of building. The map features a large body of water, several enterable warehouses with ramps thats allow vehicles to access the roofs aswell as open grass/concrete areas. Minimalistic is what i went for so dont expect anything more than that. Upsides are that its great for building and optimization that way.
