spell tome: three pillers of destruction

this spell was requested by mstrcorvus.

as the name implies this spell combines the three pillers of desturction (at least in my opinion) it combine's the effects of sparks flames and frostbite you can also find this spell on the table in brezzehome have fun ^_^

@nazo maybe its conflicting with another mod ive got. unfortunate but its ok. ill try again if it dont work, it dont work. thanks

Scratch last, my game crashes just after the "Bathesda" intro. This mod is the only thing causing the crash as far as i could tell
