With Greenlight closing down, we don’t know if we can notify all Greenlight Followers about progress. So if you want Updates about the project, please consider following us on whichever platform you prefer:

We don’t intend to spam announcements and there are NO weekly posts or anything like that. We will only post if we have a good reason to do so and have something interesting to show you. Currently we prioritize the actual development, but you can still ask us questions etc.

What’s next?
Since there is still a lot of work to do until the release in 2018, we will now continue to focus on nailing the gameplay and polish our vision of the game. You can expect more information, new Gameplay Videos and more at some point in the future on the social media listed above. At that point we’d like to collect additional Feedback to make the game the best it can be. More details will be revealed at that time.

Once again thanks to everyone for their support, we will see you again soon!

Release date: TBA 2018

Today I was hungry, but the nice people of the police gave me food. Strangely, they put a uniform on me and told me to patrol, but I have no problem with that as long as I get my food. My boss - Inspector Shio - even lets me stay at her home! Free food, hoo!! Everyone is really nice to me, and I love meeting the people in the city. They always have little problems that I can help them with, although sometimes it doesn't work out how I think it does. But it's always so much fun and I really love it here, I never want to leave this town again!

Paw Paw is a game about exploration and comedy inspired on japanese Anime. Anything could and will happen at any moment. How you respond to it is up to you, giving you the freedom to decide how you want to solve things - just beware that it will rarely be the outcome you were expecting. This is a game full of insanity, comparable in gameplay as a mixture of games like Yakuza and Disaster Report with humor similar to Anime like Nichijou.

Exploration of a large City based on real Japanese Architecture
Solve the crimes and mysteries from 5 major cases, each very unique and different
Every case is filled with many more side missions and events
Multiple-choice dialogues with different, often unexpected, results
Enjoy a love-hate relationship between the young Rookie and Inspector Shio

The game is targeted for final release in 2018. There may be a early access but it’s not fully decided on yet. There are NO plans for paid DLC. The game will release for Windows first and foremost. It's possible it will be released on other platforms after the release, but it’s not the priority right now.

We worked on this game for a long time but without your help we wouldn't be able to release it on Steam. That's why we wanted to say thank you for taking the time to look at it and vote for it. Please feel free to leave your Feedback, we're curious what you think. It's much appreciated!

If you want to stay informed about news of the development please feel free to keep an eye on Announcements here, on our social media or our Steam group.

OK. There are going to be 3 connected main City maps ("Hub"), at the moment we finish the first of it. Yes each one will be roughly as small as Yakuza or Akiba. Unlike Akiba, we load more of the Map at once. In addition to the 3 Hub there is various smaller location, like a Beach and some Interiors (Apartments, Shop, etc.). The Apartment of our Main Character you can see on the first screenshot we posted.

Thanks, great to see someone else who loves Nichijou! :praisesun:

@Hatsune Miku
Thank you, we will do our best!

Sorry, could you clarify what you mean by "as small" exactly? Size of levels? Length of the Game? I'd like to answer your question accurately.

Thanks, and I'm rather satisfied with the answers. Plus, will it be as small as Yakuza's or Akiba's Trip?
