Adds a house in Riverwood next to Alvor's house. The key is in the barrel on the porch and there is a woodcutter's axe and a pickaxe in the chest at the foot of the bed.

All objects used in this mod were duplicated first so no existing items in the game world will be modified.

• Once The House Is Discovered, It Has A Map Marker & Is Available For Fast Travel
• Interior & Exterior Are Navmeshed
• 15 Containers Inside That Are Non-Respawning
• 1 Container Outside That Is Non-Respawning
• Sleeping In Bed Gives Well Rested Bonus
