I simply took another route to the funicular so never ran into the mayor. I think I picked less accusatory dialogue options with Zamiatine, so that's probably why I didn't get the achievement about being right about Olga... And brainwidth was easy to miss because even if Kurk was there (though I often struggle to find him from among youkols), I don't think there was any reason to talk to him for the quest at that point so just went past him.
But I missed the Cassandra like some other people.
But after some research, I found this other guide with a save file for this achievement :

Are all the achievements in order though?
