Scripted blackjack table based on the latest version of My_Hat_Stinks' Automated Blackjack.

In addition to all of My_Hat_Stinks' BJ table, I've added and tweaked a few things that I think are required:

• All the chips have been converted to lower resolution to greatly reduce lag time (critical in full tables with loads of chips.
• 25 different active decks.
• Unique prestige chest for every new prestige level.
• PrestigePlus. A harder replay of the prestige system for players who completed the game.
• Clear indicator on every chip that awards a new prestige level (1 quadrillion, 1 octillion etc).
• The most accurate basic strategy table my math could master for this crazy crazy version of Blackjack.
• 4 usable minigames.
• Cheat token powerup.
• Lucky Chip reward system that gives you a random prize when converted.
• A powerup/rupee converter for new powerup or cheat token.
• Chip converter now converts bankruptcy tokens to new starter bags.
• Snapping points added for all player areas.
• All chip wins are automatically converted and trade up converters are available on every player spot.
• Split hands are paid directly to the player.
