[Polish] House Map Markers by Smakit

[Polish] Simply adds map markers to be discovered for the 5 cities where homes can be purchased (Markarth, Riften, Solitude, Windhelm, Whiterun).

The names are in Polish, thanks to the contributions of Mavado Vemos.

Also available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian.

NOTE: Some people are getting the markers working, but house names are in English. I've had people remove all other mods but mine, and the doors seem to retain their proper names. I don't know if this is due to another mod causing the issue or some very strange conflict or load order, but note that this mod doesn't change cell names - it only adds the map markers with Polish translations.

Should go without saying, but make sure to only have one language version of this mod installed at a time.
