PHILIPPINES UPDATE v.1.1

Updated PFL with correct teams and team names.
-Added two clubs, Davao Aguilas and Ilocos United.

Updated team rosters to best of my ability.
-Davao Aguilas and Ilocos United have rosters made from a mix of teams no longer in use, such as Green Archers United, Pasargad, Laos and Pachanga. Also a few uncontracted players too.

Each team given a budget between 40000 and 100000 to allow for a quicker development of the PFL.

National team given a higher youth rating, from 30 to 70. Max is 200, whereas Thailand have theres at 75, which I used for balancing.

Game importance for Philippines gone from 'Completely useless' to 'unimportant'.

Two new cities created.
Tagum, Davao del Norte (for Davao Aguilas)
Vigan, Ilocos Sur (for Ilocos United)

Two new stadiums created.
Davao del Norte Sports Complex in Tagum.
Quirino Stadium (Placed in Vigan instead of Bantay, to save me having to create Bantay).

Current azkal players and a few select others have been given boosts to their ratings.
-Only domestic based players were given boosts.
-Each player only boosted by 1 point on each attribute.

I have not tested this database yet. If you have any issues, let me know. I will try to fix them. Also if you have any other reccommendations for me to add, let me know.
