===UPDATE=======================
Sorry its taken so long but the levelling bug should now be fixed!
================================

My aim in this mod is to unlock existing in-game items as craftable. I'm not going to just add everything for everythings sake though - only things which I feel make sense (No artifact crafting here!). I also don't want to just give these recipes away at the start of the game, so I have created books which unlock the new recipes, in what I feel is a nice lore-friendly way.

To be able to craft new items, you must first find and read the relevant book. This will grant you a hidden perk which will unlock new recipes for you. The books are hidden across Skyrim for you to find. Each book is in a location relevant to the knowledge it provides (For example, 'The Locksmith', which allows you to craft lockpicks can be found in the thieves guild headquarters) so bear this in mind when searching.

This is still a work in progress, and if you can't find any of the books let me know with a comment and I'll rethink where to put it. Whilst this is still in development, the books are also all for sale from the blacksmith in Markarth.

Current books:
-The Draugr of Skyrim (Learn the techniques of the Ancient Nords.)
-Balimund's Journal (Discover a new technique which allows even Soul Gems to be melted down.)
-Note's on the Skyforge (Craft your own Skyforge Steel.)
-Silver Smithing (The Silver-Hand have re-discovered how to forge silver.)
-Imperial Equipment Regulations (Details the armor and weapons of the Imperial Legion in Skyrim.)
-Fletching for Dummies (Learn to craft arrows.)
-Akaviri Forgemasters (Rediscover the techniques once used by the smiths of the Blades.)
-The Locksmith (Craft your own lockpicks.)
-Staff Craft (Craft your own staves.)

Other Changes:
-Craftable clothing.
-Smeltable Soul Gems.
-Craftable and temperable Woodcutters axe and Pickaxe.
-New Chainmail light armor (From RoWar's mod: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8338)
-Several crafting and tempering fixes (Scaled Horn Armor, Ancient Nord Bow etc).
-Leather armor requires first smithing perk to craft it (Perk has been renamed 'Basic Smithing').
-New set of Nord Hero armor for the end of the Companions questline, instead of standard Ancient Nord set.

For a detailed list of changes, see the readme with full changelog here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/readmes/Craftable_readme.txt

Any bugs, conflicts, questions or suggestions just leave a comment and I'll get right on it.

Changelog
=============================================================================

----v1.00-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

+Was hoping to make version 1.00 a large update..but unfortunately all you get is a fix to the smithing levelling bug.

----v0.95-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

+Fixed Chainmail. Should now show up for everyone.....damned BSA's

----v0.9-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

+Major tweaks to both the clothes and staff crafting:
-Clothes now made at new 'Clothes Tables'. Currently only one, located outside of Radiant Raiment in Solitude.
-Unenchanted staves only now made at forges.
-Staves now enchanted at new 'Arcane Fonts'. Currently only one, located in the Archmages Quarters at the College of Winterhold.
-The Elemental Stones used in staff crafting can also be made at the 'Arcane Font'. Each stone is made out of a different vanilla
gemstone (Garnet/Sapphire/Amethyst)

+Arrow crafting is now a perk in the smithing tree. Reading the book is no longer required to craft arrows.
+Script removed from Fletching for Dummies, but can't bring myself to remove the book lol.
+Craftable Scimitar. Requires Steel Smithing perk.

----v0.8-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

+Added craftable staves! Built at forges (Under the misc category) from wood, soul gems, gold and special stones. Staff recipes require enchanting skill rather than smithing skill.
+Elemental stones added for crafting destruction staves (Fire Stone/Frost Stone/Lightning Stone).
+Staff Crafting requires reading the book 'Staff Craft', which is obtained during the College of Winterhold quest line.

+From Enchanting level 0:
-Staff of Light (Magelight)

+From Enchanting level 10:
-Staff of Lesser Fire (Firebolt)
-Staff of Lesser Frost (Ice Spike)
-Staff of Lesser Storms (Lightning Bolt)

+From Enchanting level 20:
-Staff of Fire (Fireball)
-Staff of Frost (Ice Storm)
-Staff of Storms (Chain Lightning)

+From Enchanting level 30:
-Staff of Intense Fire (Incinerate)
-Staff of Intense Frost (Icy Spear)
-Staff of Intense Storms (Thunderbolt)

----v0.7-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

+Added Chainmail armor (light). Lots of thanks to RoWar for letting me use the textures from his mod, Hartherz Armor (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8338).
+Chainmail is in the studded category on the smithing menu. Studded armor has been moved into the hide category.
+Chainmail provides an armor rating just short of Elven armor (56 compared to 58), but is much heavier (13 compared to 7).
+A perk has been added to the smithing tree to allow you to craft Chainmail. Fills the spot where 'Advanced Armors' used to be.
