Arrow Crafting for Archers (DAWNGUARD)

Description
A simple mod that adds arrow crafting proportional to your Archery. Bolt crafting will also require discovering the recipes via Dawnguard quests as per regular smithing. Explosive bolts will require the use of the forge in Fort Dawnguard as usual.

Arrows:
Iron (0)
Steel (30)
Orcish (40)
Dwarven (50)
Elven (60)
Glass (70)
Ebony (80)
Daedric (90)
Dragon (100)

Bolts:
Steel (30)
Exploding Steel (40)
Dwarven (60)
Exploding Dwarven (70)

This mod doesnt like my skyrim... It crashes it before it even starts while it's installed.

Please adds bows to this as well. It makes no sense that a thief archer should not be able to craft bows as well. I wish they had made a survivalist tree where bows and arrows are separate from classical smithing..be cool if you could make traps and stuff as well. Thank you for taking the time to make this mod!
