Minor fix to Words of power Quest

***Update 06/23/2012****

As a by product of my main mod I've completed the fixes to this mod. I decided to upload them to update this one despite what I said about not updating this anymore:P

This update fixes
- Remaining dialogue options between PC and Blades
- Dragon Shout quests from Graybeards
- Follow up quests from blades, i.e dragon blessing, dragon lair, and rebuilding the blades should now work properly.

I did test this throughly but of course I almost certainly missed something, so please let me know about any problems in the comments.

Translations are not up to date as they are not done by me, but I'm sure those poeple will update them in due time.

:::::SPOILER WARNING:::::
I can't really explain this mod without some minor spoilers from the Main Questline, you have been warned. -- Also I got quite a few complaints about the name of the mod being a spoiler, I deeply apologize, and have changed it to something I hope is more subtle.

Allows player to continue the main quest with the blades still on your side, without needing to kill Paarthurnax.

A simple mod that give players a dialogue option to essentially skip the quest where the Blades demand you kill Paarthurnax. When Esbern or Delphine gives you the ultimatum, a new dialogue should be at the bottom of the list. Click on it and the quest gets skipped, Blades are still your devoted protectors, Greybeards still think you're an awesome savior, and Paarthurnax lives on.

This whole quest really pissed me off. First, where do the blades get off telling me to do anything. They are supposed to be the player's sworn servants and protectors. And by the point they asked me to kill old Parthy, we were best buds. Not to mention he'd been mentoring me and generally being a lot more helpful than the blades ever were.

But for those like me that just want everyone to be friends, this mod allows you to do that.

Details: ATTENTION: SPOILER WARNING!!

The actual esp is called the "bladesfactionfix". Ya I know its silly and I'm sorry for the confusion. :( It wasa mistake on my part when I made it and didn't fix.

The actual dialogue is:
"That is not your decision. You are sworn to follow me, and obey my orders."

I also added a response for them to say, but I haven't gotten the delay working. I'm going to try to get that working in the next few days.

"But...no, you're right. Forgive us, in our zeal we forgot ourselves. It is of course your decision."
The initial dialogue is woven into the quest, so it won't appear in the first dialogue, Elbern will say we have discovered who paarthurnax really is etc..you ask what do you mean?....he says parth must die...and then you get this new option.

Future Plans:
Half the reason I made this mod, is because I want to make a follow up mod that expands the Blades faction. You would have to have finished the MQ, since the blades are woven into the main questline too deeply for anything else. But eventually I want to allow the player to be able to restore the blades to a measure fo their former power. Adding more recruits, upgrading and improving the Sky Haven Temple, etc...

As a side product of this, the Thalmor faction would have to be expanded and made significantly more powerful. Since they quite strongly hate the blades according to the Thalmor lore in the game. So a conflict would arise with the Thalmor attempting to stamp out the blades before they can get strong again.

Love this idea, you are awesome!! I subbed months ago but had already completed main questline so I unticked this in data files. Now I've started a new char, and made sure to tic this mod. Unfortunately, BOSS is saying it's containig dirty edits and to inform the author. I just wanted you to know. Since I know nothing about modding myself, I was hoping you could let us know when it's cleaned up. I can't figure out the TES% to do it myself! Thanks!!!

Yeah that part pissed me off too or be given a choice to side with the the greybeards or the blades and not be forced to kill him at least

This was the only point in the entire game that I wanted to punch a so-called ally. On initial playthrough I abandoned the Blades at that point.
This mod would be a great fix to that, but unfortunately doesn't quite seem to work, as others have mentioned.
Currently playing with an alternative mod in the hope that one functions slightly better...

Wow...while the info in the description is a pretty big spoiler, i'm actually more ticked off that Bethesda put something like this in the game. Truthfully, if it comes down to a choice between killing a majestic noble being like Paarthurnax, or telling the Blades to go F*** themselves, the Blades are SOL.

I can't find Delphine. I looked in the temple, in the inn in riverwood, and even back at the peace meeting table in the Greybeards temple. Can someone help me with this?

For some reason, this mod behaves seriously odd after the Sovngarde quest. The Blades talk as if Paarthunax still needs execution, and say that any benefits between us will be interrupted until he's dead (or something alike). But other than that, they act pretty normal... Until I found out that the Blades recruitments aren't working anymore as well :/ The followers remains with me just as if nothing happened after I introduce them to Delphine, no system message warning of follower leavcing services, and the quest "FreeFormSkyHavenTempleA" (the recruitment's ID) stays struck in stage 10. Could you look at that?

I got a message from the BOSS tool that the bladesfactionfix.esp contains dirty edits and needs cleaning. It would be great if you looked into this. :-)

I have this mod, and thought it was quite good. However, I've recently completed the main quest before doing any of the Blades side-missions, and found that I can't interact with Delphine or Esbern, and taking items from Sky Haven is still considered stealing, as though it hasn't resolved the mission to kill Paarthurnax. Any help would be most appreciated.
