♡ How to create Kawaii Avatars for Steam ♡

IntroductionƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

This guide will show you how to create a Kawaii avatar for your Steam profile the quick and easy way /)(^o ~ *)❤

Step 1~

It's pretty simple, I usually start off with a plain background and an image I want

Step 2~

Then I edit it to change it a bit in order to make it more appealing as an avatar, you can usually smudge the text and get rid of it, just remember to keep going until it looks clean, or try to make it blend in with the background ^~^

Step 3~

Okay, there we go ^~^ We have something to use, okay so, the next step - crop the plain background because this will be your canvas

As you can see, I used a plain pastel or pale pink background, nothing too busy or fancy, UGH I LOVE PASTEL COLORS SO MUCH xD ~ Any ways, moving on u.u Then I cropped the picture to make it a size that would be appropriate for a Steam avatar
The size I decided to go with is 400x400, it doesn't have to be the same exact size, but don't make it too big or else Steam will automatically crop it after you have uploaded your image.

Step 4~

Step 10/10, oh are we counting? ( ͡°( ͡° ͜ʖ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ʖ ͡°) ͡°)

PAUSE FOR SOME KAWAII GIFS \ (•◡•) /

Step 5~

The next step is to open Photoshop or Gimp, (I use Gimp), and load all the goodies you want on your avatar, I decided to add a small heart and a panda, `cuz why not?(¬‿¬)


TIP: (If you want to use other images or accessories just Google transparent and whatever it is you want to use, and if you're not as bad at cutting things out as I am, then you can definitely just Google whatever image you want and cut it out), remember to resize it so it fits in with your background

Step 6~

And now for the last step, copy and paste everything on the plain background you have just resized, make sure to crop your avatar and everything else needs to be resized, (or if you don't want a little border like me you can just continue to either crop your avatar to 400x400 and upload it), or you can paste the image on the background and add accessories to make it look even better ༼ つ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ༽つ
When you're done, your Avatar should look something like this

Which means you have successfully maneuvered through my guide and you can now make your own Avatars ^.^ A job well done, here, take a cookie :3

Irrelevant to the game but yeah thats basically how you create cover art or avatars in this case from Vector images, (transparent ones) is basically copy paste and resize good guide. but why is it here again?
