Satellite and the Moon Phases mod (makes night darker when the moons not out). It's subtle but obvious on roads without streetlamps. There's a few assets on the workshop like this, I fix them myself usually.

This has a very slight issue where the illumination map isn't exactly 50% gray so I can see it blinking the entire vehicle. It must be because of the LUT I have.
