FLOOP Improved Cooking (No DLC)

The purpose of this mod is to encourage players to use cooking in game, because the default cooking is too underpowered. Too many other mods either make food too over powered or under powered, but this is neither. It increases the values and effects of most of the foods in the game, craftable and uncraftable. It also allows the alcoholic beverages in the game, (like wine and mead etc.) to be crafted by the Dragonborn at any cooking pot. Since this is a cooking based mod, raw fruits and veggies have not been changed, but cooked foods and raw meats have been buffed, but not too overpowered.
