Also, I don't see your reasoning for picking up high value target, unless the skill is poorly worded it should only mark specials, which i doubt you'll be seeing in your stealth heists

Yes it's true that high level players now have 15 profiles, but new players do not, this was made to help a new player get comfortable with stealth
