Steamy - More Steam controls

- Manage the location of the Steam popup (for new chat messages, new achievements etc). You can configure it to pop up in any of the four corners through the mod options.
- Enable or disable Steam achievements (Remember to enable achievements in the options after installing and activating)

- Steam notification mover or other mods that affect where the popup is located may override the behaviour of the popup location setting.
- Mod Achievement Enabler may override the behaviour of the enable/disable achievement setting
