THE PRISON II (1.1)

This Prison has four wings. Two large central wings for normal and max sec prisoners, the western wing for super max and death row prisoners, and the eastern wing for min sec and protective custody prisoners.
Since the first version I have tweaked and optimized a couple of things: given super max their own showers in their cells, built holding cells in each major wing, built some large Tvs, and made a bunch of other little changes. There's still a bunch of free rooms for mods or whatever.

East Wing (240 Prisoners):
* 200 Minimum Security (Dormitories)
* 40 Protective Custody (Single cells)
Central Wings (640 Prisoners):
* 320 Normal Security (Single cells)
* 320 Maximum Security (Single cells)
West Wing (120 Prisoners):
* 100 Super Max (Single cells, filled with 70 prisoners)
* 20 Death Row (Single cells, 5 prisoners in there right now)

+ Holding Cells with 20 Beds (10 Bunk Beds each) in Min, Normal and Max

75 Red, 58 Green, 34 Blue
Super Max is about two thirds gang members. There's gang leaders for red and green (both in Super Max).

320 Guards
100 Dog Handlers
6 Armed Guards (only patrolling in Super Max, capacity is 12)
100 Cooks
180 Janitors
60 Workmen
60 Gardeners
30 Doctors
18 Psychologists
2 Snipers (watching the only 2 entrances, I never had to use them)

******** DEPLOYMENT ********
Almost all guards are deployed by patrols. I did this so I could easily see and understand where I stationed them. I only use deployment by room for parole rooms, and for taking back and protecting rooms from gang takeovers.

******** CONDITIONS ********
Fog of War, Events and Weather are turned on. The savegame starts in winter. You have unlimited funds. Saphara Acknova is the warden (she gets money from contraband sales, of which there isn't a lot. She also gets money from contraband found)

******** TODO ********
* You should reschedule programs every night.
* You should switch around Workshop Safety Instructions to other wings (by manually editing the schedule) once in a while, so you don't run out of qualified prisoners in the long term.

******** PROBLEMS ********
* The East Wing (Min Sec & Protective) doesn't get any visitors. I have no idea why, if you find out please tell me.
* Prisoners don't seem very keen on getting psychological attention. No matter how I schedule the behavioural therapy, there seem to be a lot more prisoners who should be interested...
* They also don't seem like to change their clothes, even if their Clothing need is high and enough prisoners have fresh laundry in their cells. The laundry supply is actually working fine in part thanks to an army of janitors doing laundry, but prisoners just love their dirty clothes I guess.
