Invisibility & Ghost Potion Upgrade

Description
This little mod gives a little bit longer of time limits on invisibility potions and the ghost potion. Max time on highest tier invisibility potion is 3 minutes. No more will invisibility potions be worthless.

NO, NO, NO! Invisibility potions are OVER POWER! I am going to nerf 'em.
