Ice Island

Description
Adds an ice island area to the game. Get to the island via a ship; near the College (see above map).
This is a work in progress. I will continue working on this project; please give me time.

Starting work on this mod again today.

I enjoyed exploring this location, but was disappointed to find that all the NPCs here don't have much to say, and the buildings can not be entered.
This mod has potential if it gets finished, but right now there is nothing to do.
