Description
Kill Them ALL v2.0 *Updated*
Morriwind Style™
Makes all NPCs non-essential so that they can be permanently killed.
Children can/will never be killed using this mod-- Rules of the Creation Kit. (Unfortunately)

**UPDATE**
-Many more NPCs can now be killed right away (without completing quests that they are involved in).
-Killing NPCs essential to an active quest may cause the player to get a "Quest Failed" message.
-Hidden quests or quests that haven't been found yet may be failed without any notification.

How It Works:
When a unique NPC is 'bleeding-out' taking any form of damage from the player(only) will kill them dead.

Notes:
-Some NPCs still CAN'T BE KILLED in certain situations:
I've found that NPCs who won't die during certain quests/dialog can be killed upon returning to that area again.

Please leave comments with ideas or any problems you encounter with this mod. Thanks.

It would be great if this could effect your rep, around other factions and such
but that is a mod for another day

Bugged and it resulted in my character instantly killing every humaniod with any melee, including fists, it's fine if you like to take the fun out of the game, elsewise I'd recommend living with the stupid Jarl of Whiterun - I got a bandit mod that let me bind his hands and force his movements so I did and just hid him in a different part of the keep.

There was a problem with the civil war questline. When given the choice to execute the leader be it Ulfric or Tulius, they wont die when the opposing leader kills them. And If I kill regardless, if I am to execute them or finishing them off for them. The quest will fail and I will be locked in the room.
