It seems pretty easy actually. You would just need to find out how to change the "Dragonborn Comes" dialogue option to play the audio file of Christina Grimmie's version for female bards instead of the normal "Dragonborn Comes." Then you would need to decide where to place Christina as a bard, and you could even put a copy of her into each tavern if you wanted.
