Moonlight-class airborne light cruiser

The moonlight is a succesor of Artemis-class, that has extremely long range particle cannon.
Since this is a very specialized ship for EMP attack, its strength depends on how the enemy protected from EMP.
CRAM cannons are for finishing an almost dying enemy.
