Civilian trade 1.1.0 Beta "fix"

This is a quick fix for players on ironman who have trader fleets becoming hostile when moving to patch 1.1.0.

Instructions:

Load the mod.
Load your game with traders
let the game run until the new year
All of the trader countries should be destroyed and triggers for the first event reset.
Save
Restart and uninstall the mod.

The event should retrigger sometime after that will non-aggressive traders.
