Valuable Veterans - Half Effect Version

Beskrivelse
This is the same as the original version of this mod found here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=690947801

But it only has half the affect, finding a middle ground between Vanilla and the mod, as requested.

___________________________________________________________________________

The pretense around this mod is that makes Veterans more valuable in the army. As in most Total war games veterans are only a little bit better than standard troops, this changes that.

It adds a significant morale (leadership) boost for Veterans and makes them better at Melee attacking and defending, meaning they become some of the best units in the army, and the least likely to break.

It is save game compatible.

It works on all races.

Known issues:
The Skaeling and Varg's smithy buildings add 3 ranks per building - with three buildings in a region they can create armies full of rank 9 (3 gold cheveron) units, which this mod buffs. This mod here nerfs the buildings effects and is highly recommended: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=695547890
The grim and the grave DLC gives Vlad Von Carstein a huge bonus to unit veterancy after level 4, if you want to remove (well nerf to the point it is useless) then this addon is highly recommended: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760140713

@Bladeuk Yeah, I had that error 25 as well. But I fixed it by literally deleting every single file related to Warhammer 2 on my PC, then rebooting the PC.

Well shit, it was steam's fault. Who'd've thunk it? Taking down the extraneous version.

Wellll, sod the big companies, I got it back online on my own, only took installing a virtual machine, running a different version of steam to do it, but it's worked!

I started dicking about with PFM/assembly kit for preservation purposes more than anything, so if those're the values used, then that's what's going to get used.

It's only that high as how little effect it has, putting it similar values to the rest meant you hardly saw any benefit from it, obviously you can put it at what you want, just saying that's what the mod had

Never realized the accuracy growth was that high. Not that accuracy ever seemed to do much in WH. Anyways, updated now until whatever issue is messing up your end is fixed.

Well I just formatted that and it just ignored it lol

If you can't work it out let me know

Thats the half effect mod for Wh2, first line value, second growth_rate, third is scalar

I noticed, which is why I've been tweaking it. If I had the WH2 growth_rate and _growth_scalar values, then I could finally put it to rest, but since the original packfile got yanked from my system when it's taken off of steam, that's not really an option.
