Description
Changes to Individualism
Individualism now also grants bonus to leader xp gain (12.5% and 25%)
Individualists no longer have any problem with the genetic engineering policies
Democratic Crusaders has been changed to Liberal Crusaders and allows oligarchies and autocracies as valid governments to accomodate my Ind-Col government mod.
