President Forever

Description
President Forever disables the presidential rotation in federations. Whoever happens to be president when this mod is activated will remain so forever. It is obviously a huge exploit if that happens to be you, so use it judiciously. Deactivating the mod again restores the presidential rotation as normal.

@Lanfranc which lines of code did this mod edit, I want to change the same lines and manage to fix the auto rotate crud from 2.7 patch, but atm none of the active mods work since the 2.2 update

I'm not sure what would cause that. Do you still have the issue if you disable this mod? Or are you using any other mods?
