You've also ended up creating the Zentradi from Robotech / Macross, who are basically just giant rainbow colored humans. I was working on a Zentradi species mod at the moment and I don't know if I should try using art from the series or just do what you did here, run the base assets through a filter, which is what I assume you did.

You've unintentionally made the Flatlanders from the Known Space series, since they dye their skin as a fashion statement.

is it possible make 1 mod with all normal colors and there 4 colors too ?

Just the 4 colors. Well, each of the 4 colours have 3 variant shades, so 12 in total. But no normal humans.

Does this use normal human skin colors too or just these 4 colors ?
