Prethoryan Scourge Fix

Description
This allows the Prethoryan Scourge planets to be bombed to 'barren', which is presently broken.

A shout out to Siksik for coming up with a way to improve this mod. His improvements make it so the planet has to be bombed until it is 0 health (like it will when it is fixed). I've uploaded his version, but not to take credit, only so people already subscribed get the best fix.

that would have been my point. if you would set it to 1.0.2 people would not be able to use it with 1.0.3.

Well, why update the mod if the bug is fixed? You shouldn't use this mod with 1.03. It does nothing and only can induce problems in the future.

Thanks for the mod, hope to see more things in the future but unsubbing due to bugfix now in base game. Big respect for fixing this bug so fast

hey verenti. since the bug is fixed for me in 1.0.3 beta you might want to set supported_version accordingly.

Excellent.

Not that it's so important now but:

1) I just made event crisis.200 fire if a planet was being bombardment, rather than planet health reaching zero. These are found in the on_action folder. Siksik then improved it by making a requirement of the crisis.200 event that the planet have less than 1 health, which reproduced the original intended effect.

2) Yes, it works for multiplayer, so long as every player is using the mod.

As per why it's not working: are you using any mods that affect the on_action files?

@Verenti So glad you found a fix! I must say I'm really curious as to how you did this. I was looking like crazy but I couldn't see what was going on. I was guessing it was something not triggering on_planet_health_0 but I couldn't see where that got called :S

Unfortunately, not working. Left my fleets fully bombard multiple planets to no avail, after getting them to zero, nothing changes, they simply start to regen health again within a few minutes of being left
