Description
This is a fix that allows you to design your own transports.

Yes, that has a conflict. If you're not above a little busy work, it's a quick fix. You need to go into the beautiful battles mod archive and go to common/ship_sizes/00Ship_sizes.txt and search for transport. Under transport, search for is_designable=no and change it to yes. Insert the edited file back into the archive and you should be golden.

Beautiful Battles does affect ship behaviour. Could it be that?

Did you activate the mod from the launcher? Do you have any other mods active that affect ships?

I don't know off the top of my head. If making the population growth negative doesn't work, the best way I could think of to do it would be through events.

But yeah, I think you should definitely be able to shrink undesirable populations through famine.

Starvation was a mechanic I looked at too. Currently all it does is lower happiness. I tried to look for a modifier that would cause negative growth but there doesn't appear to be any option to do that. You know of any way? I think if a planet is starving it should start decreasing the pop.
