Description
Finding that genetic engineering was not really a viable approach for the game, I decided to give the player a chance to, effectively, gain as many trait points they wanted. All this mod does is make the +5 years lifespan repeatable tech give you +1 trait

Ah, I would't think so. I can't update it though. I moved to Vietnam and all the files are on my Desktop back home.
