this are my costum FFB settings in game ( update 27 nov 2016)
using driver version 250 firmware version 204


on the wheel :
SEN 540
FF 100
SHO 100
abs 065
lin OFF
dea OFF
drl OFF
for 100
spr OFF
dpr OFF
brf 050 !!!!!!!

IN GAME : go to vibrations and feedback :
set self alliging torque to 86%
set wheel friction to 56%
I let the rest all to default (100%)
